  • Team Flower Directory

    • By submitting your email address to the Team Flower Directory you agree to these Terms & Conditions

    • All involvement with any connection you make through the Team Flower Directory is your own sole risk and sole responsibility. You agree to not hold Team Flower, Philosophy Flowers, or any of its affiliates liable in any way because of a connection you made through Team Flower Directory.
      Your conduct through the Team Flower Directory will remain professional and appropriate. If for any reason the staff of Team Flower does not feel your conduct is appropriate, they reserve the right to permanently block you from using the Team Flower Directory. Your use of the Team Flower Directory is at the sole discretion of the staff of Team Flower.

    • You agree that your use of the Team Flower Directory does not promise or guarantee any replies to your inquiry. You expressly agree that your use or inability to use connections through the Team Flower Directory is at your sole risk. By using the Team Flower Directory, you accept, agree and understand that you are fully responsible for your communication and results from your participation and that we offer no representations, warranties or guarantees verbally or in writing regarding your connections, deals, agreements or results of any kind.

  • Team Flower Online material and Team Flower Community system requirements. Team Flower retains the right to change these minimum requirements.

  • Refund policy

    • All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

    • Team Flower Online class purchases come with a 14 day money back guarantee. Contact Team Flower within 336 hours of purchase time to request a refund. Beyond the 336 hours, the purchase becomes non-refundable. The money back guarantee makes a guarantee that you will find information helpful from the online class. Before refunding, Team Flower reserves the right to ask for short written proof that you made a reasonable attempt to consume the material to ensure that it did not meet that guarantee. Team Flower also reserves the right to investigate whether the customer unreasonably over-consumed the content of the online class and if there is reasonable proof the online access was misused, reserves the right to deny a refund request. Examples of such misuse include but are not limited to reasonable proof that access to online content was accessed from multiple locations, reasonable proof that the customer downloaded all the material to their computer before requesting a refund, or reasonable proof that the customer never had any intention of paying for the online class. Upon refund, you agree to delete any PDF, video, or other content related to the online class from all electronic devices that had accessed the materials.

    • If a customer is refunded a purchase, they are no longer eligible to use the refund policy on that same purchased item again. That means that once a refund is issued for a particular product, any future purchase of that same product will have no eligible refund policy.

    • Refunds requested after March 31, 2020 will be refunded the total purchase price minus service fees that Team Flower pays to its third party payment services and does not recoup. This amount, currently 3.9% of purchase price, will be deducted from refund amount customer is due. This 3.9% amount can be, upon request, applied to the Team Flower Member’s account as Team Flower credit for future purchases.

    • Classes redeemed through a Team Flower Online Code are not refundable and redemption of a code is considered final. This includes but is not limited to Team Flower Online Codes that are acquired through giveaways or purchases.

  • Team Flower Launch Workshop

    • You have up to 48 hours after purchase to check flights, chat with family and organize logistics until your registration purchase becomes a final sale. You may consider travel insurance for your investment.

    • Class minimum: 5. If the unlikely event the minimum is not met it is possible (but not guaranteed) the class may be cancelled. Should this happen, your registration fee will be refunded. We are not responsible for non-refundable travel plans.

    • Should a cancellation by the student be requested for any reason including health concerns, Team Flower may consider applying the paid ticket price as a Team Flower Credit to the student’s account. Requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. All ticket purchases should be considered final by the student.

    • If government restrictions, weather conditions, or any other circumstance out of Team Flower’s control limits the ability to have the event as planned, Team Flower will provide at least 30 days notice of any rescheduling. Should a student not be able to attend the newly rescheduled date, a Team Flower Credit in the amount of the paid ticket price will be applied to the student’s account.

    • It's possible the itinerary/event details/location may be modified to best accomplish the goals of the workshop. A detailed itinerary and any modifications will be emailed to you prior to the workshop.

    • Attendees participate in this event at their own risk, and are personally responsible for their safety and property.

    • Team Flower liability is limited to ticket price.

    • By purchasing you agree to the following: I hereby grant to Team Flower, its subsidiaries, successors, licensees, and/or assignees the unrestricted right to use, and all property interest in any and all pictures, video, and audio recordings of me taken on any media for Team Flower. In addition, I understand that my name and personally identifying information captured on these media may be used along with footage or audio of me in promotional materials or materials for sale, or for any other use. I understand that these unrestricted uses may include, but are not limited to, internet promotions, public showings or demonstrations, future tutorials or “how-to” media, printed ads and mailers, as well as on broadcast media such as radio and television. I understand that footage, photos, or audio recordings of me may be edited and used for various purposes, including, but not limited to advancing the interests of Team Flower or assignees at any point in the future. I understand that my name may also be used in these materials. I waive the right to inspect or approve raw or finished media of any kind, including in a final product, or to control the way that my personal image is portrayed by Team Flower, and that I retain no right to control Team Flower’s future use of said media. I am 18 years of age or older at the time of agreeing to this release, and I have read and understood its contents.

    • If a payment plan is not completed, in the event including but not limited to a failed credit/debit card charge, a removed credit/debit card number from the Team Flower account, or any other situation where a payment is missed, the following process applies.

      • Team Flower staff will immediately notify you and give you options for completing payments due within 72 hours.

      • After 72 hours, if the payment due is still not received, then Team Flower reserves the right to void your ticket to the Team Flower Launch Workshop. In such a case, a refund will not be issued and no money returned for previously paid payments for the class. In such a case, you agree to forfeit all previously paid payments and access to the class.

  • Team Flower Online classes

    • Purchase of Team Flower Online classes provides you only with access to the content of lessons and/or materials outlined on the marketing page for that class. The purchase does not grant you access to any future Team Flower Online classes that may be made available for purchase, or any other Team Flower Online classes currently available.

    • Your Team Flower account is only to be used by you, the purchaser of the materials. Downloadable content, materials or videos are not to be shared with anyone else or be shown in a public setting. If it appears that an account is being shared or used abnormally, we reserve the right to contact you to inquire about the usage. If there is reasonable proof (including but not limited to a single account being used concurrently in different geographical locations, or a single video being viewed an abnormal amount of times, or a material being downloaded an abnormal number of times) that an account/materials are being shared by more than one individual, Team Flower reserves the right to close access to those materials either temporarily or permanently. A refund will not be issued.

    • Team Flower liability is limited to the price paid for an online class.

  • Team Flower All Access/Team Flower Academy

    • This is an auto-recurring monthly or bi-annual subscription. Your account will be charged every month (or every 6 months, depending on subscription) on the day of the month of the last successful charge and will be automatically billed at the then-current rate unless you cancel your subscription. Cancel at any time by contacting Team Flower support (no refunds or credits for partial subscription periods). Cancellation will be applied after the next scheduled charge, if on a monthly subscription plan. Access to content provided by subscription will remain until the last day prior on the end of the 30 days after the last successful charge.

  • Payment plans

    • If a payment plan is not completed, in the event including but not limited to a failed credit/debit card charge, a removed credit/debit card number from the Team Flower account, or any other situation where a payment is missed, the following process applies.

    • Team Flower staff will immediately notify you and give you options for completing payments due within 72 hours.

    • After 72 hours, if the payment due is still not received, then Team Flower reserves the right to permanently remove access to that Team Flower class from your account. In such a case, a refund will not be issued and no money returned for previously paid payments for the class. In such a case, you agree to forfeit all previously paid payments and access to the class.

    • Team Flower will make reasonable accommodations to help answer questions and help you make payments due, but beyond 72 hours after a failed payment, Team Flower reserves the right to follow this process.

  • Team Flower Online Codes

    • Team Flower Online Codes purchases are nonrefundable.

    • Team Flower Online Codes do not have a guaranteed monetary value. The value of the code only represents a single Team Flower Online class. No money is due back from Team Flower if the redeemed class is being currently sold (through coupon or other) for less than the Team Flower Online Code was purchased. There will not be a refund, partial or in full.

    • Once Team Flower Online Codes are used, they are forever used and no return request of the product will be given to restore the code.

    • Team Flower in no way is responsible for lost or stolen Team Flower Online Codes.

    • Under no circumstances may Team Flower Online Codes be resold or exchanged for money in any way or any currency. They may only be transferred to someone else as a gift, for nothing in return. If it is found that a Team Flower Online Code is being resold or exchanged improperly, Team Flower reserves the absolute right to permanently disable the Team Flower Online Code and issue no refunds to the initial purchaser.

  • Team Flower Conference

  • Team Flower Workshops

    • You have up to 48 hours after purchase to check flights, chat with family and organize logistics until your registration purchase becomes a final sale. You may consider travel insurance for your investment.

    • Team Flower liability is limited to ticket price.

  • Survey feedback provided

    • If you submit feedback/testimonial to us using any survey link or form provided by Team Flower, then you agree that we may publish your feedback/testimonial, together with your first name, on such page and in such position as we may determine in our sole discretion.

    • You further agree that we may edit the feedback/testimonial and publish edited or partial versions of the feedback/testimonial. However, we will never edit feedback/testimonial in such a way as to create a misleading impression of your views. You may opt-out of us ever using feedback/testimonials from you and have any existing feedback/testimonial removed by giving to us 30 days' notice via email.

  • "Lifetime" and "Access never expires"

    • The term "lifetime" and "Access never expires" in marketing for Team Flower pages refers to the duration that the Team Flower program is available. Purchasing access provides access for the life of the program being available on TeamFlower.org.

    • If the program ceases to exist, the website and all materials on the website will be removed and access will no longer be possible. If the program is terminated and the materials are removed from the website, you will be notified in writing at least one week in advance and given the option to download the material. You will be granted the rights to continue to use the material downloaded and possessed by you for your lifetime. The materials in your possession will still be held to the terms and conditions here. If you do not download the material during the allotted time prior to the removal of the program, you agree to give up your rights to lifetime access.

    • This applies to all materials in the Team Flower Members Area including but not limited to videos, notes, Team Flower Community, Team Flower Directory, etc.

  • Team Flower Community

    • The goal of Team Flower Community is to be a place that is a positive, helpful atmosphere. If your conduct on Team Flower Community is contrary to this goal, Team Flower staff reserves the right to temporarily or permanently remove your access from Team Flower Community at any time. A refund will not be issued.

  • Team Flower Palette Designer use

    • User of the Team Flower Palette Designer holds all responsibility for images used with tool. Team Flower or its affiliates will not be held responsible in any way for any image uploaded for use with the Team Flower Palette Designer. By using the Team Flower Palette Designer, the user states they retain full usage rights of the images used with the service. Additionally, the user grants Team Flower full, unlimited permanent use of the image for the sole purpose of delivering the Team Flower Palette Designer service to the user. Team Flower will not use the images in another way other than to deliver the service of the Team Flower Palette Designer to the user.

  • Coupons

    • All coupon codes are only eligible for the products outlined in the marketing material with the code. If a coupon code is used on a product that the coupon is not stated it is eligible for, Team Flower reserves the right to refund and invalidate the purchase.

  • Consumption and use of flowers or plants

    • Any plant you eat should be researched and used at your own discretion. You hold sole responsibility for any flowers, plants, vegetation, etc that you use or consume. You agree to never hold Team Flower or its affiliates responsible for your own decisions. If Team Flower or its affiliates state that a flower, plant, or vegetation can be consumed or used safely, you agree to not hold Team Flower liable in any way for using or consuming said flower, plant or vegetation.

  • Technical support

    • Team Flower provides no technical support for the functionality of your electronic device to access Team Flower materials & tools. Team Flower will provide support and response to any issues that needs remedied that are Team Flower's responsibility. Please ensure you have the internet browser requirements as outlined above and that you are comfortable with the usage of a web browser.

  • Customer support

    • Team Flower prides itself on providing friendly, responsive and relevant support for visitors and members/users. However, Team Flower reserves the right to discontinue supporting a visitor or member/user at any time at the discretion of Team Flower. Visitors and members/users must remain professional, constructive and friendly. Team Flower reserves the right to discontinue communication with visitors or members/users in the event including but not limited to that they are not professional, constructive & friendly. This will be at the sole discretion of Team Flower staff. If a paying member has customer support privilege removed, they are not due reimbursement, refund or compensation of any kind.

  • Profit and Success Disclaimer:

    • When discussing financial matters in any of our websites, videos, newsletters, programs or other content, Team Flower does not guarantee that you will get any results, book more clients, earn any money using any of our ideas, tools, strategies or recommendations, and nothing is a promise or guarantee to you of future earnings or success in your business. You expressly agree that your use or inability to use Team Flower websites, videos, newsletters, programs or other content is at your sole risk. By purchasing anything from Team Flower, you accept, agree and understand that you are fully responsible for your progress and results from your participation and that we offer no representations, warranties or guarantees verbally or in writing regarding your earnings, business profit, marketing performance, audience growth or results of any kind. You alone are responsible for your actions and results in life and business which are dependent on personal factors including, but not necessarily limited to, your skill, knowledge, ability, dedication, business savvy, network and financial situation, to name just a few. You also understand that any testimonials or endorsements by our customers or audience represented on our programs, websites, content, landing pages, sales pages or offerings have not been scientifically evaluated by us and the results experienced by individuals may vary significantly.   • Arbitration

    • All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration in the county of Franklin County in the state of Pennsylvania. The arbitration shall be conducted on a confidential basis pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any decision or award as a result of any such arbitration proceeding shall be in writing and shall provide an explanation for all conclusions of law and fact and shall include the assessment of costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys' fees. Any such arbitration shall include a written record of the arbitration hearing. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Team Flower Members

  • Acceptance of and Updates to Terms of Service

    • Please read these terms before using the site. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not register for the site. If we make material changes to these terms, we’ll let you know either through the site or via email (at the email address you provide). If you do not agree to those changes, you may send a request to cancel your account to us. If we do not hear from you within ten days, the revised terms will apply to you.

    • Team Flower has the discretion to update the Terms of Service at any time. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service periodically and become aware of modifications. By using this Site and continuing to use Team Flower in any way, you signify your acceptance of these terms. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to terms will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

Write for Team Flower Blog

  • Members will retain ownership of content submitted, but by submitting, agree to give Team Flower exclusive, non-expiring rights to publish their work on any avenue of Team Flower’s choosing including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials.

  • Members’ full post will always credit the member for writing the post, but Team Flower reserves the right to decide how that information is displayed and linked

  • Members submitting a post agree that any work they share is their original work, or they have permission to share the work from photographers, etc. By submitting their post, they affirm that they have all applicable permission from associated parties to publish that work. The Team Flower member is legally responsible if there is any conflict in ownership from work shared in the post.

  • Member submitting a post is solely responsible for any claims, promise, or other statement made in the submitted post. Team Flower or its staff will not be held responsible for any claim, promise or statement made in the post.

  • Team Flower has a proprietary mix of information they will use to determine the most popular posts to award the additional Class Credit bonus to. Included metrics include but may not be limited to organic social sharing, comments, page visitors and external links.

  • Any cash or prize award given will be at the sole discretion of Team Flower staff and has no pre-set criteria as to what post is picked.

  • Team Flower or its staff do not and will not owe the submitting Team Flower member any further compensation beyond Class Credit that is advertised at the time of submission.

  • All Class Credit granted through the Write for Team Flower Blog program are adherent to the Class Credit terms & conditions stated on this page.

  • Team Flower will publish publicly the members’ post submission at the time solely of Team Flower’s choosing, and Team Flower may choose to never publish the members’ blog post publicly. If Team Flower does not post the member’s blog post for 6 months after the date of original submission, the member may contact Team Flower to request to publish the blog post elsewhere. Team Flower’s posting schedule will not affect the member’s initial Class Credit earnings, as members will receive credit from submitting soon after submitting the post to Team Flower. Members with unpublished posts will not however, be eligible for the bonuses associated with a popular post or the best post chosen by Team Flower staff.
