The four categories we will use are easy to understand and great for analyzation (even if analyzing isn't your jam!).  I'll share my top three best and worst purchases and why they will be repeated or not repeated.  This will help you as you make decisions about where and how to invest and spend in your business.  We are going to use the categorization system to create a flexible budget for the upcoming year.  It's friendly for folks who don't love math!  If you can color and use a calculator you're set.  Best part?  It sets you up to proactively plan for funding new revenue streams, hiring and other big ticket investments.
