Join us in sunny Pasadena, California, just days after the world-famous Rose Parade. Pasadena is a beautiful, pedestrian-friendly city that is known for it's old-world charm, vibrant shopping, historic architecture, and—of course—its botanical celebrations!
CONFERENCE DATES: January 3–5, 2020
The Rose Parade and surrounding events are happening right before the conference—including the Showcase of Floats on January 1 and 2. Check out our full guide for more event info if you plan to arrive early to attend the parade.

The Westin Pasadena is walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and retail shopping in Downtown Pasadena and offers a complementary shuttle to The Huntington Botanical Gardens.
The final schedule will be available in the event packet you’ll receive via email after Christmas, but here are the bones of planned start and end times for each day.
Check-in will open at 10:00 a.m. at the Foundation Rose Court in Huntington Gardens. Mainstage doors will open at 12:30 and programming will run until about 6:00 p.m. An optional open house style activity will be held at the Westin Pasadena from 6:30-9:00.
We will split into two groups this day — one for those who are new to the industry and a general track. Everyone will get to experience every speaker. Programs will run from about 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with two hour breaks for lunch and dinner.
Today we will have small groups during the morning from about 8:30-Noon and then pick up for closing programs from 2:00-5:00 p.m.
To keep registration fees low, all meals are on your own. Two hour breaks are planned into the schedule. We’ll always have water available.
Conference guests will be responsible for their own accommodations.
